Masala Fry Bhendi – Dahi Bhendi
Masala Bhendi with Chapati
1] Bhendi: 500 gm
a paste of cumin&garlic: 2 tablespoon
5] coriander: 10 gm
6]Chilly powder: 2 tablespoon
7] Everest Masala: 2 tablespoon
8] groundnut Skutt: 2 tablespoon
9] oil: 2 tablespoon
10] Mustard seeds: 1 tablespoon
11] Salt: 2 tablespoons, or as u wish
12] Dahi : 2 tabs or as you wish.

Wash the ladies finger with clean water.
Wipe it with the clean cloth.
Cut it into small pieces as you wish.
Now keep the pan on the gas, pour oil in it.
after heating oil add mustard seed in it.
After 2 minutes pieces of bhendi & fry it well.
Then add Garam masala, chilly powder, salt, groundnut Skutt , a paste of garlic & cumin.
Stir it for 3 minutes. Best Masala Bhendi is ready to eat.
When you are serving it, pour some Dahi on it.
Serve it with Chapati, lemon pickle or groundnut chutney etc.
