Masala Bhendi with Chapati

Ingredients

1] Bhendi: 500gm

a paste of cumin&garlic: 2 tablespoon

5] coriander: 10 gm

6]Chilly powder: 2 tablespoon

7] Everest Masala: 2tablespoon

8] groundnut Skutt: 2tablespoon

9] oil: 2 tablespoon

10] Mustard seeds: 1 tablespoon

11] Salt: 2 tablespoons, or as u wish

12] Dahi  :   2 tabs or as you wish.

PROCEDURE        

Wash the ladies finger with clean water.

Washed & wiped Bhendi

Wipe it with the clean cloth.

Cut it into small pieces as you wish.

Now keep the pan on the gas, pour oil in it.

after heating oil add mustard seed in it.

After 2 minutes pieces of bhendi  & fry it well.

Then add Garam masala, chilly powder, salt, groundnut Skutt , a paste of garlic & cumin.

Fried Masala Added Bhendi

Stir it for 3 minutes. Best Masala Bhendi is ready to eat.

When you are serving it, pour some Dahi on it.

SERVED DAHI BHENDI

Serve it with Chapati, lemon pickle or groundnut chutney etc.

    If we will make any food as by deciding it will not give the taste but if you will do it suddenly it can give good taste.
