Mixed Vegetable Samosa

Ingradients

    Wet crisp: 1 cup

MIX VEGETABLES;  POTATO, CARROT, BEANS, FLOWER, SIMLA MIRCHI,ONION [CHOPPED]

Sesame: tablespoon

oil :  2 tablespoon

Mustard seeds:  1 tablespoon,

Sugar: as your taste,

Salt: As your convenience

chilly powder: 1 tablespoon.

garlic : 4 to 5  flakes

ginger :   1 inch

coriander :  2 tabs

masala   :  2 tabs

For cover : Take 2 cup maida,

baking powder: 1/2 teaspoon

salt: for taste

oil : 2 tablespoon

PROCEDURE : 

grate some vegetables like carrot,cabbage, etc & keep aside.IMG_20180218_103827

Cook all these vegetables in the cooker by steaming.

Now make the paste of garlic, coriander & ginger & keep aside.

Mix all these vegetables, add sesame, salt, masala powder, chilly powder, sugar, salt, hing etc

Finishing Saran Of Samosa

 

: Stir it well to make its saran .

Ingredients for cover: Take   2 cup of maida,

:Add slowly some amount of water

                                       : Knead it properly to make   good    dough  

: Spread some oil to make it soft .

: Make its small dough, roll it slowly

: Make the cone shape , add saran in it . Close it tightly.

:Now keep the pan on the gas pour oil  to it , wait to heat oil

: Fry one by one samosa , serve it with chutney.
