Instant Rava Uttapa

Sometimes we want to eat some instant item which is easy to make tasty &  delicious also.

We can makeit anytime everyone can eat especially kids& old people caneat it happily . It is easy to bite digest It can be make crunchy crispy lovingly. Wedidn’t feel any burden tomake . It requires less home appliances,less ingredients & less time too

INGREDIENTS FOR IT

rava :  1/2 kg

fenugreek seeds : 1 tabs

salt                  :as your convenience

sugar                 :  1 pinch

baking soda     : 1 teaspoon

paste of garlic, green chilly

&coriander       :    2 tab

maggie masala : 1teasp

oil                      : 1/2bowl

onion               :    1 [chopped]

tomato        : 1  [chopped]

coriander   : 2 tabs [chopped]

PROCEDURE : Soak  the Rava in the water for an hour with adding fenugreek seeds

UTTAPA FLOUR

: Add  to it baking soda,  pinch of sugar, paste of garlic etc

:  Again add paste of coriander in it.

:  Stir it well to make a fine paste

:Keep ready chopped onion  &  tomatoes.

;   Keep tawa  on the gas, pour oil on it, spread it everywhere

:     Now  pour paste of Rava flour on it

:   Spread it with spoon, shake it well,

: Spread chopped onion & tomato, coriander on it.
