Hi, readers, i want to tell that i never had been made this type of recipe, just first time i am trying it. Here if we will use raw potatoes no one is eating it so i have given some steam for it. In our area so many people are traditional, they didn’t change their eating habits also. So to make food i have to comprise for methods. Let us see how i have comprised of this dish & made same like all dishes.

INGREDIENTS FOR IT
allu : 4 big size
oil : 1/2 small bowl
Achar masala : 3tabs
chilly powder : 1 tab
salt : 2 tabs
Mustard dal : 2 tabs
cumin powder : 2 tabs
mustard seeds : 1 tab
Mutter : 1/2 bowl
Gasrlic : 4 to 5 flakes
hing : 1teaspoon
PROCEDURE FOR IT : Wash the allu with clean water
: Remove its peel & cut it into vertical pieces& keep in water to wash
: Make a paste of garlic & keep aside.
: Keep all ingredients in one big thali that is achar masala, chilly powder, mustard dal. cumin powder, mutter , salt, hing,etc
: Keep the pan on the gas, pour oil in it, add cumin’s mustard seeds & wait to splutter it.
Add hing powder & add instantly all pieces of potatoes in the pan.
: Keep gas full & saute it well
: Now spread 1 cup water on it & keep the lid on it.
Keep the flame of gas slow for 5 min to get the good steam
Now add all ingredients in it, stir it well.
Again keep a lid on it for a short time to get the steam,
Remove the lid & your allu achar is ready to serve.
METHOD FOR IT .
: Cut the potatoes vertically & keep it into water
: Keep the pan on the gas, add oil, cumin seeds, mustard seeds for spluttering.
: Add pieces of potatoes instantly.
: Add 1 cup of water to get steam.
: Add all ingredients into it
: give the steam for it .
: Serve it /
